How may we help you?
If you need anything to make your visit more enjoyable, come to the reception desk and we’ll do our best to help you out. This is the place to come to
- borrow a wheelchair or a magnifying glass,
- pick up publications and information materials about the Bank of Canada,
- obtain our free-access Wi-Fi password, or
- ask questions about the Museum or the immediate neighbourhood.
The washrooms, cloakroom and our always-worth-the-visit gift shop are also in the lobby area.
Our gallery guide can help you plan your visit to the Museum. A PDF version is available for download, and of course you can always pick up an old-fashioned print version at the reception desk.
The Museum makes every effort to provide a barrier-free environment. All areas and facilities, including interactive units, water fountains and washrooms, are fully accessible to visitors using wheelchairs, scooters or walking aids. The elevator is conveniently located near the street-level entrance. Service animals are welcome, and manual wheelchairs may be borrowed from the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. Public access points, including elevator controls, are marked in Braille.
